Area Development Corporation taking applications for ‘Business Plan Competition’

Charles City, Iowa – The Charles City Area Development Corporation announced its 2019 Business Plan Competition Monday afternoon.
Eligible applicants must be residents of Floyd County and Nashua seeking to start a business or enter a new phase of an existing business.
In a release to North Iowa News, Executive Director Tim Fox says, “We celebrate entrepreneurship and innovation and are soliciting business plans encouraging entrepreneurs, where they have business ideas, start-ups or early stage ventures.”
Deadline for applications is June 20th. The $2,500 award will be given in July. Those seeking more information can call 228-3020 or consult with CCADC staff.
