Absentee Voting Still Open, ID’s Needed At Polling Places

The 2018 election is less one week away and there is still time for absentee ballot voting.  Though, it is past the deadline for mail out ballots. But you can go to the courthouse to cast your vote.  This is the Floyd County Auditor Gloria Carr.

Same day registration or E-D-R is available on Election day.

You’ll need your I-D to vote, which is a change from the years past.  If you forget, you can sign an oath, but come the new year, that will not be an option.
