11th Annual North Iowa Tractor Ride Burns Rubber On Northeast Iowa Roads

Cresco, IA – A weekend full of stories, food and of course: tractors.

The 11th Annual North Iowa Tractor ride took place over the weekend at the Mighty Howard County Fairgrounds in Cresco, Iowa.  Coloff Media’s Kellan Heavican shares its story.

The ride’s final stop was in Burr Oak and riders and drivers visited the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum before heading back to Cresco.

The tractor ride also included riders from Nebraska, Minnesota and as far away as Louisiana.  The date and location for next year’s ride hasn’t been determined yet.  The ride is a cooperative effort of three north Iowa radio stations, including 98.7 KISS Country in Mason City, 103.7 The Fox in Mason City and 95.1 The Bull in New Hampton.

Chris Berg

Chris was born in Webster City and raised in Charles City. As a young kid, he would always be caught singing along to songs on the radio. He says he's good at karaoke but we think otherwise. ;) In his free time, he enjoys beginning new projects at home and hardly ever finishing them. Chris lives in Charles City with his wife Vicki, daughter Brynlee and son Jaxon.
