A stranger’s act of kindness has turned into an internet sensation. A police dash cam caught it on all camera.
A young man got off his bicycle, crossed the street and helped an older adult carrying a bag walk across the street. Charles City Police Chief Hugh Anderson who caught the it on his dash cam says he’s extremely proud of the young man.
