Charles City, Iowa – A trivia night was held at Charles City High School on March 3rd. 35 teams participated in this event and all of the proceeds are going towards the chapel at Riverside Cemetery.
The cemetery has benefited from some generous work by students over the last couple of years. Dr. Dan Cox, superintendent for Charles City Schools, says more about the project.
The trivia night for this year brought in a large amount of money.
Dr. Cox says that students really got involved with the community when this idea was first brought to life.
Trivia night seems like it will continue to be an annual thing, and the Riverside Cemetery only looks to improve from here.
