Murder Trial Delayed

Mason City, IA – A murder trial in Mason City was set to start on May 21, but that date has since been pushed back to Aug. 20.

21-year old Braedon Bowers allegedly stabbed and killed Wraymond Todd on May 30 of last year. Todd would pass away a few days later.

This occurred in the 300 block of West State St. in Mason City. Bowers is facing a first-degree murder charge.

The trial will take place in Cerro Gordo County in August. Bowers is being held on a $500,000 cash only bond in the Cerro Gordo County Jail.
