Man to Stand Trial After Striking a Person with his Vehicle

Mason City, IA – A Mason City man has received a court date after allegedly striking another person with his car.

24-year-old Jacob Mills was arrested after he had allegedly struck the person with his car in December of last year. He has been charged with willful injury resulting in bodily injury. The victim had lost some teeth and also sustained other injuries following this attack.

This occurred in the 1300 block of North Federal Ave. in Mason City.

Mills will stand trial on April 10. He has pled not guilty to his charge.
