The Nashua-Plainfield Husky girls and boys basketball teams will be at home tonight for a Top of Iowa Conference double-header against Mason City Newman.  The Nashua girls will be looking to get in the win column for the first time in conference play as they are 1-13 overall and 0-10 in conference games.  The Newman girls come in at 7-7 overall and they are 5-5 in the conference.  The Nashua boys have an overall record of 7-6 and their conference record is 5-5 while the Newman Knight boys are 10-3 ad 8-2.  The girls game is scheduled to tip-off at 6:15 with the boys game to follow.

The Turkey Valley Trojan girls and boys basketball teams will be at home tonight for their Upper Iowa Conference games against Clayton Ridge-Guttenberg.  The Trojan girls are 8-7 overall this season and they have a conference record of 7-3 while the Clayton Ridge girls are 2-10 and 2-7.  The Turkey Valley boys come in tonight with a 10-2 overall record and they are a perfect 10-0 in the conference while Clayton Ridge’s boys are 3-9 and 3-8.  Tip-off for the girls game will be at about 6:15 and the boys game will get started at about 7:30.

The South Winneshiek Warrior girls and boys basketball teams will be at Central Elkader tonight for their Upper Iowa Conference games.  The Warrior girls are 5-6 overall this season and have a 4-4 record in the UIC while Central Elkader’s girls are 6-9 and 4-7.  The South Winn boys are 8-5 overall and their conference record is 7-3 while the Central boys are 8-5 and 6-4.  The girls game will tip-off first at about 6:15 and the boys game will follow.
