951 The Bull Sports Report (8/29)

The New Hampton Chickasaw volleyball team will host a triangular meet tonight as they will welcome in Turkey Valley and Kee High.  New Hampton volleyball comes in at 2-0 overall this season while this will be the first matches for both the Trojans and Kee Hawks.  New Hampton will take on Kee High at 5pm, then Turkey Valley will match-up with Kee High and then New Hampton will take on Turkey Valley in the final match of the night.

The Nashua-Plainfield Husky volleyball team will continue its Top of Iowa Conference season tonight with a home match against Northwood-Kensett.  The Huskies come in at 1-1 overall and they are 1-0in conference matches while the Vikings are 1-1 and 0-1.  First serve for the Varsity match will be at about 7pm.

The South Winneshiek Warrior volleyball team will welcome in Crestwood tonight for some non-conference action.  The Warriors will be in search of their first win of the season as they sit at 0-2 while Crestwood is also 0-2.  The Varsity match will begin at around 7pm.

The New Hampton Chickasaw boys and girls cross country teams will participate in a co-ed meet tonight hosted by Mason City Newman.  The race will take place on the campus of Mercy Medical Center and will begin with Middle School races at 4:30 followed by the JV races.  The Varsity girls race will start at about 6pm with the Varsity boys race to follow.
