Charles City, Iowa – A Charles City woman has won a second $5,000  – her second in two weeks, from a lottery ticket purchased in Charles City.

Phyllis Stock won a $5,000 ticket purchased at the Charles City Hy-Vee gas station last week, and was shocked that she won that money.

Another Charles City resident, Mary Jane Jestre, also won $10,000 on a ticket purchased this week.

Stock is a resident of Apple Valley Assisted Living in Charles City.
