Floyd County Snowmobile Trails Closed During Shotgun Deer Hunting

The tracks and curves from snowmobile skies cut a trail the fresh snow.

Charles City, Iowa – The Floyd County Groomers Association reminds snowmobilers that the trails in Floyd County are closed due to shotgun deer hunting season. The season ends on December 18th.

A posting distributed by trail coordinators asks that “people respect the closure of the trails or they may be closed permanently.”

ATV’s are not allowed on snowmobile trails at any time.
