Iowa Food Hub offering winter food box program

New Hampton, Iowa – The Iowa Food Hub is offering a Winter Food Box program to residents in New Hampton, West Union, Oelwein, Fayette, Elkader and Waukon.

Subscribers to the Iowa Food Hub program will receive five deliveries of locally-produced winter vegetables from January 16 – March 13. Produce staples such as potatoes, onions, beets, squash, apples, sweet potatoes, hot house tomatoes, dried beans and salad mix will be available.

During the delivery time frame, subscribers will also have the ability to add meat, eggs, bread and dairy products to the order.

There is a discount of registration is completed by December 16th.

Drop-off for New Hampton residents will be at the ISU Extension office in downtown New Hampton.
