UPDATED: One dead in Sunday crash north of Decorah

The Iowa State Patrol has identified the person killed as 27 year old Rob Loftus of Lawler.

Decorah, Iowa – The Iowa State Patrol says one person was killed in a crash near Decorah on Sunday.

The single vehicle accident was reported at about 4am on Sunday in the 3100 block of Locust Road. The report says the vehicle was southbound on Locust Road and failed to negotiate a slight curve, sending the vehicle into a ditched where it rolled over.

The name of the person killed in that crash has not yet been released.
