Charles City Farmer’s Market holding ‘Customer Appreciation Days’ this week with live music and free treats

For those who haven’t gotten down to Charles City’s Farmers Market this year, Wednesday and  Saturday’s ‘Customer Appreciation Days’ this week could be the perfect opportunity. These special days are categorized by free treats, live music by the local band Waypoint and having a chance to win a gift or Market discount with the Prize Wheel.

Charles City Chamber Director Mark Wicks says they run this event each year as a thank you to the community.

The Farmer’s Market is held on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 6 and Saturdays from 9 to noon in Central Park.

Wicks encourages first-time marketers to hop down to the ‘Customer Appreciation Days’ on August 26th or August 29th, to try out the plethora of market options.
