Rudd-Rockford-Marble Rock schools to host ‘Senior Award Night’ and graduation ceremony this week

The Rudd Rockford-Marble Rock school district is giving their 2020 seniors a couple of their events this week. The fun starts Thursday with the Senior Award Night where the students will be handed their scholarships that they have earned. The ceremony is only open to family members of students who are attending the event – and it starts at 7 p.m.

Then the following day, Friday, the students will be graduating in the RRMR gym. Students will be on the gym floor with parents and family presiding in the bleachers.

Principal Nick Johnson says the kids really wanted to go back to feeling normal.

After graduation, the town will celebrate the joint achievement of the seniors.

The events are both limited to 6 people per family.
