Winnebago Industries Lay Off Workers After Near-Triple-Digit Profits

Forest City, Iowa – Winnebago Industries has laid off close to 35 employees at the end of July, according to a company spokesman.

However, the spokesman declined to say how many exactly were laid off.

The moves happens after quarterly earning reports highlighted  profits of $86 and $98 million dollars.  These figures were announced in June.

A spokesperson from Winnebago says the layoffs are permanent.
