UPDATE – Osage Man Receives Charges for Assaults

Mitchell Count, IA – An Osage man allegedly assaulted multiple people on Oct. 13. He has now received his list of charges.

29-year-old Daniel Warner is being accused of assaulting a man and a 14-year-old girl. He allegedly held the man down, broke his jaw and was threatening him with a knife. The victim believed he was going to get stabbed.

The young girl was trying to get Warner to stop before she was assaulted. Warner also caused cuts, swelling and bruising to the victim.

He is now being charged with felony assault causing serious injury, felony assault with a dangerous weapon, misdemeanor assault with a dangerous weapon and assaulting a juvenile.

Warner is being held in the Mitchell County Jail.
